**Terms and Conditions for Civil Agreement on Paying the Invoice Deposit**

By paying the invoice deposit to Castlemaine Photo Booth, a sub-branding of Photos of Bendigo, you agree to enter into a binding agreement for the provision of services as outlined in the invoice. The deposit amount, terms, and conditions are specified in the invoice provided to you.

2. **Acceptance**
Payment of the invoice deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in the invoice and forms a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and Castlemaine Photo Booth.

3. **Cancellation**
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit amount may be subject to forfeiture as outlined in the cancellation policy provided in the invoice.

4. **Payment Terms**
The remaining balance as outlined in the invoice must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.

5. **Amendments**
Any amendments to the services provided must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may be subject to additional charges or adjustments to the deposit amount.

6. **Governing Law**
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
